This is where you talk about your favorite campsites, trips, and camping trips you plan to or want to take.

My tip to you about camping is this. Get a tent that does not leak!

most definatly, and a good sleeping bag. Also do not listen to the packages! if it says two person it is a one person, Four person is three person or two person with stuff. and so on.

No kidding! I got a 8 person tent and it fits 5 of us with are sleeping bags and supplies.

As for sites, there's a place called rock creek about a half hours drive from Newton IA, I don't remember how much it cost's but its fairly cheep, and really a nice place.

I'll call it camping if they have babies. Like my Best friends sister (who's like my own sister) and her husband, they have a 3 year old, a 1 year old, and she is expecting. But they still like to go with there family, so they got a camper with heating and cooling, but they still do all the outside stuff. Now people that take there camper out and go camping like there in there own back yard, then I have a problem.

there is a really good lake up in washington that ive been to but a can't remember what it was called, either priest or sullivan lake, but im pretty sure it was sullivan.

I want to take another trip down the west coast. Ive done it with my family during the summer but the timeing was wrong and we had bad weather. Not rain but lots of gray clouds. Apparently fall is the best time to go i think.

I haven't gone camping in a few years because I have a 3yro and that seems like it would be a lot of trouble bringing him along. The last time was at a campground on the Nimecogan river in central Wisconsin. That is also a very nice, clean, gentle river for canoing on.

Someday I would like to go camping in Yellowstone or Yosemite National Parks.

They are pretty good, hiking there is really nice make sure to bring a camera. And don't fall in. That would hurt.

the last time I went camping has been at least 15 years ago at Lake Rathbun in Southern Iowa. I guess it's time to go camping again. But down here in Florida isn't the same as it used to be.
