The movie was ok, I wish Darth Maul would of at least made it through to Attack of the Clones so Anakin could of killed him. I do think it was a good beginning to the saga, telling how everything began.

Well, most people say they don't like it because of Jar Jar, I like Jar Jar, because he's what got me into star wars. Well, not Jar Jar per say, more of him being there for the kids and I was a little kid back then. Now, I find him really annoying! But I do wish Qui-Gon would have been in a couple more movies. He's one of my favorite characters.

True. But as him being stupid, he thought he was doing something good. And his placement in the movie did what it was supposed to. It was just bad righting by some guy named Gorge.

I did sorta like this one. I mean, it was cool to see the beginning of things... And Jar-Jar, who is pretty annoying, was actually funny, if you ask me. I don't mind Jar-Jar, it's Anakin in Episodes 2 and 3 who ticks me off.

Why do you say Jar-Jar singlehandedly ruined the Republic.... Wasn't it in fact, Padme's fault for making him an honorary senator or whatever idiotness she did? Yeah, it's Padme's fault for putting someone incompetent up as her replacement.

I do agree with you on that. I was wondering what she was thinking, but didn't she do that in Attack of the clones. Anyway I think her head dress was too tight, that she couldn't think.

Yeah it was in Attack of the Clones, but he made his comment here... XD

Her dress was too tight so that she couldn't think... and it was to tease Anakin... I mean, she's wearing some cleavage, back showing off dress, but she tells him that they shouldn't be in a romantic relationship. Talk about mixed messages... XD
