Pheasant season starts saturday!

So I don't know about any other states but pheasant season starts Saturday here in IA. I've been seeing a lot of pheasants around this week and I can't wait to go out. Anybody planing on going out this weekend?

Never had pheasant, but I hear it is very good tasting.

Its really good. But you need about three of them to make a meal for yourself. Its good it soup and stew too.

Next summer I'm going to put $300 away so when the elk or deer season comes ill have some money( i hope i can draw a elk licence if not ill put in for Deer instead)

i just looked at the elk price and I'm not going to hunt elk next year

maybe ill try and get a bear or if my parents let me ill see if i can get a mountain lion licence :!:
